I have decided to go back to Blogger comments. For the moment I have kept the links to Haloscan just to preserve the old data but I would appreciate it if you post new comments on the Blogger links.

Very pretty it looks too; I've been thinking of doing that and separating off the stylesheet, I just don't (yet) know enough about .css. Then again, what's 2 weeks compulsory office shutdown for if not to learn a new code?

It it quite easy. I'll email you the style sheet and associated blogger template if you want (as long as you hack the colour scheme)
It was an open source CSS template I downloaded from the web in the first place anyway ;-)
